WHO WE ARE

One consortium. Every modality.

The California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP) is the only California statewide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) membership organization (501(c)(6) and largest association representing community-based, for-profit, and nonprofit SUD treatment agencies and addiction-focused professionals. CCAPP is a vital network serving millions California residents annually, delivering comprehensive services in residential, outpatient, and private practice settings. With thousands of individual members and over 100 program members which represents over 1000 treatment facilities, CCAPP plays a crucial role in providing substance use disorder treatment at the majority of DHCS-licensed and/or certified sites across the state. As the backbone of California’s of both the commercial insurance and publicly funded SUD treatment network, CCAPP ensures quality care, advocacy, and professional development for the field. As the only statewide consortium representing all modalities of SUD treatment and recovery, CCAPP also supports DUI programs, narcotic treatment programs (NTPs), recovery residences, and Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs).
